Payment is required on or before the day of the beginning of your consult or package. Payment can also be made by instalments for the 10 and 15 hour packages. Payment can be made by cash, direct deposit or credit card. No EFTPOS available.
I do have a cancellation policy - at least 24hours notice is required except in extenuating circumstances. A cancellation fee applies if insufficient notice is given.

(the remaining package hours are to be used for newborn support services)
